We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Analyst with experience with the Inventory module. You will be responsible for the functional support and implementation of PeopleSoft Inventory and will maintain internal application tables and designs processes to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, test, debug, document, and maintain PeopleSoft Inventory
• Continually monitors information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements
• Leads requirements gathering, functional analysis, design, and system configuration
• Coordinates all levels of system and user testing and acceptance
• Initiates re-engineering processes by working with business owners
• Responsible for project management and central knowledge source on projects
• Complies with all standard internal controls and processes Participates and follows all processes as defined
• Leads and coaches other team members

• Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Inventory support, installation, upgrade and configuration
• Experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle PeopleSoft Inventory implementations, managing both functional and technical teams
• Extensive experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers

• Oversee the execution of the 'interactive/creative vision' of large assigned programs and projects, and implement customer experience designs for online applications and websites
• Determine level of effort (sizing) of the different CX activities (interactive, creative and Front End development)
• Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely effective program execution
• Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance
• Team with creative and technical leads to manage strategic design implementation
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure the CX requirements are identified and documented
• Manage CX requirements issues that affect the scope of the project
• Manage the design, creation, and production of customer experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions
• Strategically conceptualize and produce content for new and existing web/multimedia applications
• Guide and ensure consistency throughout the site by maintaining corporate brand and quality standards
• May oversee work performed by others on projects and serve as inspiration to the direction of the unit while not directly managing people

• 5+ years of experience with BA, BS, or MA in communications, human factors, information sciences or graphic/visual arts
• Experience managing web based projects
• Strong background in UCD methodology
• Proven track record for managing complex projects within larger organizations
• Working knowledge of the customer experience roles (Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, Content Strategist and UI Developer)
• Experience with user centered design methods including task analysis, user scenarios and usability testing
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, planning and engagement management skills
• Experience working with different organizations (IT, business, legal, etc.)
• Banking or financial services background preferred but not necessary
• Design agency or consulting experience valuable but not required
